Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for all new subscriptions.

a) If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

b) Refund requests made after the 14-day period may be considered at our discretion, particularly in cases of:

  • Technical issues that prevent use of the Service

  • Billing errors or duplicate charges

  • Service outages or failures attributable to Advicey

c) Refunds are not typically provided for:

  • Partial subscription periods after the refund window

  • Unused features or remaining subscription time

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content once substantial usage has occurred

d) To request a refund, contact us at info@advicey.io with your account details.

e) Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

CANCELLATION

a) You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting info@advicey.io.
b) Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
c) No further charges will occur after cancellation.
d) You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid subscription period.
e) After the subscription period ends, your data will be retained for 90 days. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted.

SUBSCRIPTION MODIFICATIONS

a) If you upgrade your subscription, the new rate will take effect immediately and any difference will be prorated.
b) If you downgrade your subscription, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
c) No refunds or credits will be issued for the remainder of the current billing period after a downgrade.

SERVICE DISRUPTIONS

a) We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
b) In the event of significant outages caused by Advicey, we may, at our discretion, offer service credits or partial refunds.

DISPUTED CHARGES

a) If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact us at info@advicey.io within 30 days of the charge.
b) We will review disputed charges and respond within 10 business days.
c) We encourage contacting us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue promptly.
