NO REFUNDS
All payments made to Advicey AI for subscription plans are final and
non-refundable. By subscribing to the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
a) All subscription fees are non-refundable, regardless of usage.
b) No refunds will be issued for partial months, unused transcription
minutes, or any remaining time on your subscription.
c) No refunds will be issued if your account is terminated due to
violation of the Terms of Service.
d) No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with AI-generated content,
transcription accuracy, or any other aspect of the Service.
CANCELLATION
a) You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at
info@advicey.io.
b) Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end
of your current billing period.
c) You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your
paid subscription period.
d) After the subscription period ends, your access to the Service will be
suspended, but your data will be retained for 90 days in case you wish
to resubscribe.
e) After the 90-day retention period, your data will be permanently
deleted.
SUBSCRIPTION MODIFICATIONS
a) If you upgrade your subscription, the new rate will take effect
immediately, and any difference will be prorated.
b) If you downgrade your subscription, the change will take effect at the
start of your next billing cycle. No refund or credit will be issued
for the remainder of the current billing period.
SERVICE DISRUPTIONS
a) Advicey does not provide refunds or credits for temporary service
outages or disruptions, including those caused by third-party service
providers.
b) In the event of an extended outage (exceeding 72 consecutive hours)
caused solely by Advicey, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a
service credit toward your next billing cycle.
DISPUTED CHARGES
a) If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact us at
info@advicey.io within 30 days of the charge.
b) We will review disputed charges and respond within 10 business days.
c) Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank before contacting
us may result in suspension of your account.
